Slim Aubie’s Chicken started with a group of Auburn University students who saw a need for something better: quick, affordable food that busy people could actually enjoy. Between balancing classes, work, and life, we knew firsthand how hard it can be to find meals that are easy, delicious, and made with care. So we decided to create it ourselves.

From the beginning, we’ve treated our company like a family—and we want our consumers to feel the same way. Every product we create is made with real life in mind: simple ingredients, bold flavor, and a process that’s easy enough for anyone to follow. Because when life gets busy, a good meal shouldn’t be one more thing to stress about.
